Most Arabs–especially those who didn\u2019t tactically rename themselves\u00a0 \u201cPalestinians\u201d until the 1960s, and only then primarily to negate the rebirth of the Jews\u2019 sole, minuscule state–rejected President Trump\u2019s long-awaited peace plan before its details were even announced. They repeatedly stated that it would be dead on arrival. See what a PLO Executive Committee member, Zuheir Mohsen, had to say about that above \u201cPalestinian\u201d thing on March 31, 1977, in the Dutch newspaper Trouw:<\/em><\/p>\n

“The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state of Israel for our Arab unity. In reality today there is no difference between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese… Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak today about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism…”<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s team, led by Jared Kushner and Jason Greenblatt, unveiled the economic part of the plan in Bahrain on June 25, 2019. The idea was to present a vision of what peace could bring not only to the combatants, but to the entire region and world as well.<\/p>\n

In many ways, this is nothing new. Dennis Ross, chief Middle East honcho for President Clinton, was present when Yasir Arafat walked away from a similar deal which would have given him and his people almost all of the disputed territories in Judea and Samaria (aka<\/em> \u201cWest Bank\u201d only since the 20th<\/sup> century) along with over $30 billion to sweeten the pot.<\/p>\n

Then–as now–most Arabs demanding their 22nd<\/sup> state, and second<\/em>, not first, in the land of the original 1920 Mandate of Palestine (Jordan was created on some 80% of the total area in1922), desire the destruction of Israel more than they seek an additional one for themselves or prosperity for their own people. Recall that most of those almost two dozen \u201cArab\u201d states, on about six million square miles of territory, were created via the murderous jihadi conquest, colonization, and forced Arabization of scores of millions of native, non-<\/em>Arab peoples and their lands\u2026Kurds, black Africans, Amazigh\/\u201dBerbers,\u201d Assyrians, Copts, kilab yahud<\/em> (“Jew dogs\u201d), and others as well. Arabs simply refer to the entire region as \u201cpurely Arab patrimony,\u201d and to hell with anyone else\u2019s political aspirations.<\/p>\n

Some say that the Arab-Israeli conflict is complex\u2026Bull manure. You just saw it summed up easily in a nutshell in the last sentence above.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why, for example, Arabs also refer to the potential birth of an independent Kurdistan, for some forty million truly<\/em> stateless people in the region, as the creation of \u201canother Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back to Bahrain\u2026<\/p>\n

Naturally, the Trump team\u2019s many critics pooh-poohed the economic conference, saying that without \u201cvision\u201d it was meaningless. Please understand that <\/em>to mean that without the Jews being forced to accept the Arabs\u2019 own perpetual vision of Israel\u2019s consent to suicide or destruction in some other manner, nothing else would matter.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s some excerpts giving a firsthand account\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026The Trump administration’s $50 billion economic support plan for the Palestinians cannot succeed without addressing the political elements of a Middle East deal, international financial chiefs and global investors said Wednesday in comments that pushed back on the U.S. insistence that the two must be separated.<\/p>\n

Panelists at the two-day conference in Bahrain welcomed the proposal’s ambitious investment and development goals, but warned it would fall short without good governance, rule of law and realistic prospects for lasting peace through a political vision, which they noted is missing from the initiative\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

So again, please don\u2019t bother to bring me smelling salts\u2026I haven\u2019t fainted out of surprise.<\/p>\n

When President Trump\u2019s political <\/em>vision is indeed revealed down the road, have no doubt that it too will certainly be rejected out of hand, since–once again–any peace plan (which is not a \u201cpeace of the grave\u201d) that allows for a viable<\/em> Israel to still be around on the morrow is as unacceptable to the latter-day Arafatians-in-suits running the show at the PA and Fatah as it was to the late Egyptian ghoul himself at Camp David and Taba in 2000 and 2001. For the whole gang, any and all negotiations are simply a Trojan Horse<\/em>–in the alleged \u201cmoderates\u201d own words–leading to the same old destruction-in-stages<\/em> plan Arabs adopted vis-\u00e0-vis Israel after the \u201967 War.<\/p>\n

Until that oppressive, supremacist, subjugating, self-centered Arab mindset described above is dispensed with, no amount of money, support, good intentions, or anything else will bring peace to Arabs, Jews, or anyone else in the region.<\/p>\n

Worse yet, the prospects for something better ever <\/em>happening are next to nil if the textbooks, maps, sermons, children camps, television programs, radio broadcasts, and so forth Israel\u2019s so-called \u201cpeace partners\u201d have and conduct are any indication of what the future has in store\u2026at the same time that they also award murderers of Jews and their families with millions of dollars for their \u201cheroic\u201d deeds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
